Forever Young was created by Clare Spalding. Clare has been a general nurse for over 26 years and is a Medical Prescriber (Independent Nurse Practitioner). In addition to having a degree in adult nursing, Clare has also studied extensively throughout her career and has a vast array of additional qualifications including a PhD.


When Clare isn’t working her magic on the UK’s faces and bodies – she runs a successful aesthetics training company, which focuses on safely teaching aesthetic techniques and practices to other medical and industry professionals.
